As the VMD Manager for All Star Elite, I managed visual merchandising for 70 stores nationwide in the U.S. My responsibilities included weekly travel to different states, overseeing store openings, managing store setups, providing training to store managers, creating setup guidelines, designing floor plans, ordering fixtures, scheduling, managing backroom inventory, and overseeing signage production and management, encompassing the entire process of visual merchandising.
