VMD ASSISTANT
As Pottery Barn Korea's VMD, I create floorplans for six stores each season based on U.S. headquarters' guidelines. I confirm and adjust store displays, conduct manager training, submit reports to the U.S. headquarters, and incorporate feedback into displays. I also participate in walk-through meetings with the U.S. headquarters.
